With an established client base, your primary focus will be to maintain our high levels of customer service and industry leading retention rates, while identifying opportunities for upsell. You will be expected to create monthly reports, along with providing analysis and search marketing advice as required.

Your main role will be to collate information about clients markets and their competitors. You will also be expected to support our Admin team in their monthly reporting cycle, including analytics reports and proposal data. This is an excellent role for someone with approximately five years post grad experience seeking an opportunity to get close to the commercial heart of the business.
